It started with a search for the perfect sign
Like a lot of good ideas, this one started with a wedding. Planning an Indiana celebration meant hours of searching for a marquee letter or neon sign rental that felt special, arrived on time, and did not look tired from years of storage. Ruby Red Rentals was built to be the answer to that search for other hosts across Montgomery County and beyond.
We are proudly part of The LKC Group, a small, Crawfordsville-rooted team that believes event decor should feel personal, not off a factory line. Every sign in our library is inspected, cleaned, and test-lit before it ever leaves our hands.

Our roots are in wedding and reception decor, and that is still most of what we deliver. But the same signs that glow behind a first dance work just as well at a graduation open house, a rehearsal dinner, a milestone birthday, or a backyard engagement party.
We are actively growing our library past neon and marquee letters into new categories of event decor, so if you have something in mind that you do not see listed yet, ask. There is a good chance it is already on our wish list too.
